BIOGRAPHY

Mohamed has over 4 years’ experience advising on Litigation and Intellectual Property matters. He has particular expertise in Intellectual Property.

Mohamed also specialises in Sports matters and is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association.

Mohamed is an innovative and successful attorney, highly effective at developing creative case strategies and drafting persuasive briefs. He has worked with a wide range of listed and unlisted clients, both local and international, particularly in Litigation and Intellectual Property.

His practice includes drafting civil and criminal statements of claim, statements of response, and applications submitted before courts of all jurisdictions, as well as registering civil, criminal, and execution cases before all courts. He is well-versed in preparing, researching, and drafting legal documents, handling cases with tenacity and an analytical mindset. His experience extends to preparing, managing, and advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property matters.

  • Advising international construction companies, employers, and subcontractors in relation to major infrastructure and real estate projects in Qatar.
